Method of Request: By email. Depending on the nature of the request, the Company may ask you to submit written documentation.
Method of Response: As a general rule, responses will be provided electronically by attaching a file to an email. If you prefer to receive a written response by postal mail, please inform us accordingly.

Fees:
No fee will be charged where the Company responds by email.

Only where a written response by postal mail is requested, the Company may charge the actual costs of postage and identity verification procedures, such as registered mail, for requests relating to notification of the purpose of use or disclosure. Such fees will not exceed JPY 1,000 per request.

The exact amount and payment method will be provided individually before the documents are mailed.

No fee will be charged for requests for correction, suspension of use, deletion, or similar measures.
